IANA V.3 is finished and produces a standard pain management score. The score is based on your own first 20 episodes. It has a mean of 100 with an sd of 15 (keeps things neat.) If your below 100 you are not doing so well; if above 100 you are improving in management of the cluster episode. The score is base on a 9 point rating scale that is moderated by duration of the episode. The purpose is to have a method for measuring treatment effectiveness. In addition IANA will provide a printed report that can be carried to the doctor's office. This is all free and will remain that way.

Eventually this program will be used for research purposes. I need all types for this from those who have good management methods such as medication to those where nothing works. The program will give us some idea as to what is effective and for what kind of person. If something is working for you lets find out how long it takes to get relief and have a record of it for others. If nothing works for you lets get some methods developed and test some new ideas.
