Go to www.northernlight.com and type 'cluster headaches' into the search box. In addition to this fantastic site, I found links to places that discuss clusters I've never found before.
To drummer's point, MOST of them are not Net-based, but merely Net renditions of non-net activity. The new triptan that Dr. Goadsby feels so highly about, for example.
KTSSU and beware of 'theories' which lack solid foundation.
