Denny, if may arithmetic skills haven't left me, you are taking 160 mg/day. This seems to me a rather low dosage. From all the posts over the past year I gather that only a few get some effect at 240 mg/day. Many get relieve at 360 mg/day, but some take double that amount. I myself am taking 560 mg/day with good success. So I suggest that you speak to your doc to up the Verapamil dosage.
