I've had great success with Verapamil, but it's not a cure-all. The first five doctors who mis-diagnosed me gave me Morphine (1) (!) in the ER - and Cafergot - after blaming me for being a raving Caffeinated lunatic (I'm not kidding.) Verapamil works, but too much of it will drain you, and seems to work 1 a day best with 2 a day Prednisone. Not only that, but it messes my stomach up, and I've also gained 10 pounds in the last 12 days since my latest demon returned. I can't stop eating! Anyone else find this? Drop me an e.
