I was pretty shocked at how rude he was, as he said it in front of all his office staff. It was only later that I thought of saying what you suggested and a lot more. Anyway, I'm voting with my feet. I have an appt on Fri with my primary care physician for a referral to a new neurologist.
Anyway, I can certainly understand why his office staff always seems new. If he's that rude with his patients, imagine what a *&#$@ he is with the staff. Actually, I've seen him use a rude tone with them, too. Maybe what comes around go around.
May he never have a cluster headache.
