For the past,oh I'd say,2 yrs or so my clusters come usually while trying to sleep.
They almost always manifest themselves into my dreams. I try to stay asleep to finish out in slumber,but I always wake up.
They rarely hit during the day anymore.Unless I'm so wiped out and need to nap.Then they allow me maybe 10-15 mins sleep before hitting.
