I'm right up there with ya. I still can't sleep either, and my head is about to drive me absolutely crazy. 2 attacks since midnight - one aborted & one broke through.

I wish there was a way to install some sort of vascular pressure release valve in the temple in order to let the beast out before he can get the best of you (With a pressure meter, of course.)
