The headaches last for two to four days. Always there and always constant with episode of spiking at least four times a day.
During the spikes the pain is so intense I can't see or move and the tiniest of sounds will make it worse. This has been going on
for about a year and half. The episodes started to be once every month or so and have recently increased to two times a month followed
by a period of nothing for up to two months. My doctor called them periodic clusters and is keeping an eye on me to see if the period
shortens or, hopefully, lengthens between episodes.
