Any medical facility that will not schedule an emergency appointment, maximum of 1 week, I would have to question thier knowledge of CH. Just started getting CH again after 13 years of freedom. Tried getting an appointment in the new area I live in and was told 2 months out. That was enough for me; got on the phone to my old doctor and was on a plane in two days. This is understanding CH.
