Hi Lee, it seems that we post to the same board. Please use some identifier after your name so we are not confused. By the way it normally takes 7-10 days for lithium to achieve any sort of therapeutic level in the blood stream so you must have been coming out of your CH episode anyway. I have used lithium, O2 and verapamil in combo for about a year with very good results other than short term memory loss. Be careful using lithium without regard to the prescribed amount, it can cause liver damage quickly as well as other undesirable side effects.
