Do any of you out there remember having "ice cream headaches" or "brain freeze" as the younsters call it? My husband recalls this phenomenon from childhood but never has it anymore. I still can get it very easily by eating ice cream, even in a warm kitchen.
The pain is very similar to CH. I thought maybe we could explain our pain to non-CHer's by telling them we have ice cream headaches that last and last and last.
