I think you're right Jack. Elaine IS on to something. I'm not sure what she's on to though, but I love this "outside the box" thinking.
Goadsby found the excessive grey cells in both chronic clusterheads AND episodic clusterheads. He also found the excessive grey cells present in the episodic clusterheads no matter if they were in a "remission" period OR in an "active" cluster period.
