I cannot positively connect Imitrex to my heart problems...but: After falling in love with the needle in the middle of the night and ALWAYS getting blessed relief within 4 minutes, I found myself in an ambulance headed to Walter Reed where I was glad to get Angioplasty in lieu of worse things. Since '96, no Imitrex, of course. Was it a contributing factor to my heart problems? Don't know. Now I suck oxygen and love it. So...I'm fickle. Whatever works.
