Not sure if anyone has tried this or not, but my doc suggested I try taking 2 excedrin migraine w/ my imitrex at the first shadow. Of course he only suggested this after I spent 2 hrs. this morning in good old fashioned CH hell. Imitrex alone hasn't touched any of my recent headaches, but I just tried the 2 combined when I got shadows about 20 mins. ago, and it seems to have worked (for now!)
