I had these things for 12 years,over the years they been on and off.They have been hiding for 18 months but they just come back.I have had them at all times of the year hot,cold ,damp it dosent matter when they want to come they come.I now use oxygen to my doctors horror.In normal room air there is about 21% oxygen,i use a regulator that allows me to at least double my intake of oxygen i seal all holes in mask and tubing.
As soon as i feel it i'm off to the bedroom, most of the time it only last about 20 mins, and not too much pain.The hardest thing is to give in to them,but you have too,i know now it wont last long and dont go far from home for a while.this is my way and it works for me.
