I wrenched my arm and tried the cream. I put it on at night and was awakened by a new and equally terrible pain. It felt as though there was a fire in my arm. It took going into the shower on cold, not fun, and soaping my arm many many times. My arm was red for days. Be oh so careful. The last thing you want is to get it in your eyes by accident.
