Hi Camille-
I usually take the Imitrex tabs, due to an extreme, phobic aversion to injections which was probably precipitated by getting caught by my Aunt playing 'doctor' with two of my female cousins at a very young age.

Last cycle, my doc gave me two samples of the spray. I tried them both (on different attacks of course) and they worked about the same as the tabs....10-15 minutes when used at the VERY onset of the attack. I did, however, then have to contend with a rather unpleasant, post-nasal drip kind of lousy taste in the back of my throat for about another 1/2 hour. As for application methodology, I just followed the instructions on the insert that came with it.

Oh, and that bit up top about 'playing doctor' was for my friends Jack and Bobg. :-)
KTSSU,
T
