It is my limited understanding that the Pituitary is "controlled" or "governed", (for lack of a better word) by the Hypothalamus. I have no idea if the Pituitary is involved in Cluster Headaches or not. I'm cursed with an open-mind; so it's absolutely possible that the Pituitary may be involved with Cluster Headaches.
