I also use Imitrex nasel, and it works great. I am only allowed 6 per month. Don't know if this is because of my doctor, pharma. Co's, or my Ins., but to answer your question about "what do I do for the rest of the headaches"? well, what I do is to only use the nasel spray when my oxygen doesn't work or when I have to go out in public and I'm desperate to not make a scene and not humiliate myself. The pills do not work for me, the injections are wayyyyyyyyy to expensive and yes, they do have a tendancy to give one a bad taste for about a half hour after, but I personally, find that a small price to pay.
