Would neurontin (gabapentin) be affective with Spastic Dysphonia - the auther of "Getting My Voice Back" Diane Rehm, stated she did use it in conjunction w/ the Botox Shots - I am trying to avoid the Botox shots, but the spasms are very bothersome affect speech and energy level.
