I've had shadows 24 hours a day for years. They're very lite and usually I don't pay any attention to them. If I think about them, like when I'm at CH.com, I know they're still with me. Feels like very cold air going in the left nostril and a tender spot in the middle of the left temple. If an attack is coming on the shadow will change to a pain behind the left eye.
