Kenn,
Thanks for the sleeping advice - once my body craps out again, gonna give it a try (tried lying down Facefirst earlier this morn, but head started anyway.)

You mentioned Excedrin Migraine being more potent? Actually the only difference is the packaging: It's the exact same thing as Excedrin, just in a red gold and black box.
Did the chiropracter thing : great guy. He fixed my neck, pretty much.
Doing Feverfew: Have been for a few weeks.
Haven't done LSD in years : my fear is that I will be hit with an attack while tripping, and will wind up with a melon-ball scooper trying to pick all of the miniature cuban-born chinese circus midgets out of the side of my head.
My only question is, what is Reiki? Is it a form of Martial arts?
I studied a little Jeet Kung Do and Iscai Kung Fu a few years back. A friend of mine, who has mastered 7 different styles over the past 20+ years has suggested taking up Tai Chi, and swears it will probably help me, if nothing else, learn better ways to deal with the pain. When I can get some relief and my head will not 'ache' during alot of exertion - I may take him up on his offer to trade Chi lessons in exchange for guitar lessons. Guitar is nothing to me - been playing 20 years. I won't go near it during an attack though, as I would probably wind up doing a Pete Townshend or Paul Stanely : twirl twirl twirl - SMASSSHHH!!!! Nope, won't do that.

Take Care,
Carl

P.S. - Feel free to email me about the Reiki. Note that I have changed my email address - and a few facial features.
