I have been playing guitar for 2/3rds of my life (20 years) and I also play drums and bass fluently. I prefer harder music - as I have ALOT of built up aggression from years of physical torture, but I also do acoustical-type stuff too.

As you read many of the posts, you will find that most people who suffer from CH are either very talented, articulate, overachievers, overthinkers, etc. I suppose it may have something to do with why our head hurts so much. A friend once said that if I could just record about ten albums of my material, write a few novels and patent a couple of inventions - I might just get enough off of my mind and not have as many headaches.
