I have many years at same job. Whenever I get a new boss, I explain CH to him so he will understand what is happening. My neurologist has talked to our medical personnel a couple of times when our old nurse really cared enough to call and ask questions. Notes were made in my file about this. I was given an O2 mask that I take with me when I feel one coming. I guess if I had a boss who seemed uncaring about the situation or unbelieving, I would go to his office and sit when I got my next visit from the devil. He or she would learn real quick about CH... Most of the time I don't want anyone to see me in this state.
