I don't know anything about the Diamond Clinic, but in Ann Arbor, Michigan (where I live) there is a clinic called the Michigan Head Pain and Neurological Institute. The director, Dr. Joel Saper, is considered by many to be the leading neurologist in the U.S. People come from all over the country for treatment there. I haven't talked to anyone who went there for treatment for clusters, and haven't been there myself (it costs about $500-$800 for cluster treatment) but it might be worth your looking into.
