...but try this: Open the file with your picture, click on Edit menu, click Select All, click Copy. Close file, then open CH.com. On the message form, place the cursor in the Comments area. Click on Edit, click on Paste. Good luck.
P.S. If it doesn't work, do what I do: Say "fuck it," and turn the damn thing off. :-)
