I think we are well aware of what Topic 1 is about, but perhaps we are running into the same difficulty as you. :-)
The only other "condition" that I could find that scientists and researchers had mentioned the Hypothalamus in relation to an illness was in the study of Alzheimers disease. And in Alzheimers disease; the Hypothalamus was just mentioned. The researchers and scientists had not begun to contemplate any specific medical treatment in relation to the Hypothalamus. Like you; I'm still looking. Good luck in your search ! :-)
