Sweet Lady! My children at 16,20,21 and 25 years of age now. I wanted to protect my childrem from pain of all kinds. I did not want them to watch me in pain because I knew it hurt them. I felt guilty for them missing out on things. I was wrong to feel this way. They all grew up with a heart and they learned to be kind to people in pain of any kind. They learned to give in times of trouble from this. I bet your daughter will turn out to be a fine lady, and a understanding one.
