In '72 when I lived in San Francisco I went to
a native Chinese acupuncturist and after 9 treatments
it worked- didn't have another vascular headache
for years.
Since moving East I've sought acupuncture treatment
several times, one from a neurologist who was
Chinese. None of them worked.
I think acupuncture does work if it is done
correctly by someone who is well trained in China,
and I also think there are lots of ineffective
acupuncturists out there who only know where the
acupuncture points are but don't really know the
art.
