I have most of the email addresses from people who have posted on the site. I only use the list to let everyone know when I add something important to the site (like a new survey). There are several thousand addresses in my address book.
I can tell you, there have been over 175,000 unique visitors to the site since it started. Over 650,000 total hits.
That doesn't mean that 175K different cluster sufferers have seen the site..... The unique visitor/hits thing is too much to go into at this hour.
