I can't remember any head trama such as a concussion....but I had a bike accident at age 9 or 10, where my face hit the curb...got alot of stitches in my upper lip, can't remember if there were bumps to the head. Oh, and one time my younger sister hit me over the head with a broom handle, hurt like hell, but didn't cause any damage that I know of. I am of average height for a woman, just under 5'4 and have never traveled to an exotic place (yet).
I started getting CH at age 16.
