Since when can a neurologist have your driving privliges taken away? If he can, and does, here's a couple of suggestions. Get a good lawyer and sue the hell out of that prick. If you win, after you collect your cash...beat the crap out of the neuro. If you lose there's one thing to do...beat the crap out of the neuro.
P.S. If he's bigger than you, find his mother and beat the crap out of her for raising such an asshole. People like her and her family should be removed from society and never allowed to reproduce again.
