could be the water is lubricating/expanding the tissues
in the TMJ and mediating the aggravation of the nerve and/or flushing a
substance (hormone produced by the pituitary?) that aggravates it.
One test the web pages suggest for "bad bite"/misalligned jaw :
Look at your teeth in the mirror. does the gap between your upper middle
teeth match the gap between your lower middle teeth? Mine don't. My bottom
teeth are displaced to the left of the upper teeth. Interesting - my left jaw
"pops" and i get the CH on the left!!
so far, just interesting research - but MAYBE a CH connection - dare i say diagnosis?
Anyway - let me know what you see in the mirror.
