The TMJ thing has been discussed many times at this site. What has come out of it is a TMJ problem is not connected to clusters in any way. There is also a question if there really is such a thing as TMJ/TMD. If there is an alignment problem with the jaw it is a medical problem, not dental. If a dentist ever tells you he can fix a TMJ problem, run, don't walk, as far away from that quack as you can get. It's the same kind of scam chiropractors pull by claiming they can cure everything from athlete's foot to cholera by twisting your neck. Ain't no way it can happen.
