I don't know what you mean by "feels like it was about to start bleeding"...but...my most trustworthy precursor has always been a wierd sensation in my left nostril. A change in temperature...kinda metallic smell thing. This subject has been brought up a few times. Check the archives.
I don't have a clue as to it's signifigence. I'm just glad for the warning.
