Sorry to hear from yet another sufferer but we all hope you will find some new ideas from this message board.
My husband has been an episodic sufferer for more than 20 years and he is a "head-rocker". In fact, so is his sister and his brother's son (who tragically died in a fire a few years ago) My husband is the only one of the family to suffer from CH but I just thought it was interesting that there are other head-rockers out there. Hubby does it, surprisingly, only during his pain-free periods and only while in a deep sleep while CH is in remission.
Any others out there?
