with both you and gary, Paco.

I don't know what the link between addictive personalities and CH is. It may be just a statistical anomoly, but it SEEMS to ME to be a bit too high on the correlation scale for that. Right now, I'm at the 'chicken or the egg' point...does addictive behavior precourse or somehow contribute to CH or do the trials of CH encourage ch'rs to adopt addictive habits? If the latter, is it phsyiological or psychological?

In all cases, danged if I know. I believe strongly that there is a very high incidence of addictive behavior amongst clusterheads, and therefore, this is an area which demands some investigation. If for no other reason than to rule it out as causative or contributory, if that be the case.

And to everyone who might read this too quickly, NO, I am NOT suggesting any of us brought ch on ourselves. As gary has repeatedly said, ch seems obviously much too complex to be explained with any simple, one cause=one effect relationship.
KTSSU and the thinking caps on,
T
