Thanks everyone for your suggestions of an etiology. I'm going to be compiling a list of questions, and contacting one of my research assistants to decide what I can ask. (For example, the internet provides a bias simply by being the internet...one could not ask if you were intelligent or not, as less intelligent people don't generally use the internet).

I appreciate your patience. I work a full day plus get 10+ askdocgreg emails per day (sorry it takes me a while to get back to some of you).

I'll be sure to let you know when the survey is ready...and will greatly appreciate your responses!
