I understand that alcohol does not ALWAYS trigger an attack. Other things also have to be right for it to happen.

Is it always the first one or two drinks that trigger the CH attack, or if when in cycle, do they sometimes come after several drinks have been consummed, e.g. after the buzz is already working?

Does alcohol remain a vaso-dilator as long as the person is actively consumming it, or does it only dilate during the initial dose?

I seem to remember drinking-thru many alcohol-induced CH attacks but don't recall many which arose after the first couple of drinks. Common experience?
