Something I've noticed and I wanted to ask if anyone else has as well (sorry if this has been discussed previously), has anyone experienced or noticed increased sensitivity to sounds the day before an attack starts? I've been noticing my hearing becomes highly sensitive -- to the point the slightest noise wakes me up -- the day before an episode starts and usually lasts a day after the pain has decreased. Has anyone else noticed this?
Bonnie, I've noticed the same thing in regards to applying pressure but I've never suffered from any sort of jaw disorder. I just considered it a form of accupressure to ease the pain enough so I can try and move around.
