I live in N.E. and my cycle always comes in the
Fall. I started to think that what triggered my
attacks would be seasonal because of the differance in daylength. But everyone thought I was crazy (including some people on the board)Since people with SAD experience depression from lack of daylength why can't CH's be triggered by it also? The only stress I get from the Holidays is the stress of worrying about how bad the Fall cycle is going to affect me during the Holidays. And of course the stress from well meaning people that always say "It's just from the stress of the Holidays!" Thats when I want to leave a message on my ansering machine that says " I'm not HO HO HO Home!!
