I'm new to the site but my CHs have been with me during the last 8 years. I've read many of your posted messages and most of them were very usefull to me. I'm an episodic sufferer, once a year lasting from 12 weeks to 5 months, Kip scale 7-8, 3-4 times a night-day. As most of you I've seen many neuros, and had Zomig, Imitrex, etc. I'm actually in remission, and I didn't take any medication during the entire episode, I simply accepted the fact that this has no cure and pain killers only give me secondary effects. So every time the pain begins I go to the bathroom I sit there and hold my head with both hands till the pain leaves, it may take from 45 minutes to a maximun of 2 hours. I hope someday this illness will be seriously investigated, I'm afraid we're to few all over the world, that we may not represent a good possibility of revenue.
