I wish I could add to helping this dicussion, but I am at a moment where I am at a loss also. My clusters have become so rapant at night (to where I cant sleep) and then I am awaken late in the day again by them. I cannot go to work this way. I called my H.R. dept and asked what my rights were and they said my doctor had to fill out a medical certification form, that would help them to replay to my boss about not being at work on certain days when the headache cycle is bogging me, I really cannot afford to miss work right now, for financial reasons and things happening there that have my systems dept in a frenzy. Does anyone know other options avaliable?
