Tim, your question is not easy to answer by me at all. My 'shadows' last only a couple of minutes, and then you know, I pay a visit to the Beast. My shadows locate anywhere in my head and if this is not the case, I feel 'strange', what I can tell you without a single trace of doubt is that when I'm out of an episode, there are not shadows at all.
