I don't know about the magic age, i hope there is one though! The 02 treatment doesn't work for everyone, but it has been very succesful for me.I keep an E tank,small enough to carry around, next to my bed. At the first symptom I start inhaling from 8 to 12 liters per minute.Usually works in 10 to 15 mins. There are enough people here who have had good results with it , to make it definetly worth trying.
