I have had CHs since I was 11. They were episodic until I reached 34, when they became chronic. My longest break was three years, from age 14 to 17. In my early 20's eighteen months was max. Late 20's about six months max. Early 30's five days. Now, continous with Kip-10 peaks about every 12 days. (I'm now 46.)
