I went from 1987 until 1998, I had a C5-6 Laminectomy in 1987 and the clusters disappeared. They returned 2/98 and lasted until 5/98. I had about one week in April where they stopped and then resumed. The CH's returned 2/99 and are coming about once a day, usually between 1AM and 4AM. Zomig 2.5mg stops them in about 45 minutes. Dr. said it was concidental that they stopped after laminectomy. MRI last year showed nothing had changed in spinal area post surgery. I hope they will go away again and stay whereever they were.
