Hello again,
Yes,the tremmors are on the side of my attack and predominatly in my right leg. I only have the tremmors in attacks that make it from the 9 into the 10 range. My right leg shakes, like a single "tic" would look, only it's non- stop and completely beyond my control. My right shoulder and arm also tremmor mainly by the shoulder.
I'm not talking about shivering from being cold, or anything similar to that. When the cold water works it's magic on me it does make me very cold but this occurs only after the headache abates, On the longer attacks I have to sit or lay down for 10 minutes or so to recover and warm back up following the episode. During the episode I can't feel the cold at all.
When I lived in Tennessee many years ago I would get soaking wet and stand outside in the freezing cold in a pair of shorts, I would freeze everywhere the water was, on my hair, moustache, eye brows and what not. I had the police called many times because people though I was Drunk or drugged out of my mind, eventually the cold would end the event and I would go inside and warm up.
Hope this answers the question? Sailpappy
