I smoked and drank 5 yrs before my pain started.
I continued during the next 5 yrs or so of attacks.
When in remission I still drank and smoked.
However I stopped for a 1-2 yrs during that time.
It didn't make a difference as I came out of remission anyway.
I never expected them to start up again.
Even when I was pregnant over the years and cut out the D&Sing I still got attacked.
