The best description of a CH I've used, I got here. I tell people to imagine an ice cream headache, brain freeze, that included getting kicked by a horse in the temple and sends nerve pulses into the jaw and teeth and that last forever, or at least it seems forever, but is actually 30 to 90 minutes. Oh and BTW, they usually start while sleeping and wake you up. Most people respond with a shudder!
